Voriade, we are known for our unique, slate rock bottles where no two are identical, we are proud to introduce a new, sustainable refill service. Understanding that customers often develop an attachment to the distinctive look and feel of their individual bottle, Voriade now allows clients to send their cherished empty bottles back to be replenished. Instead of purchasing a whole new bottle at the standard price, customers can now enjoy a refill price, saving money while ensuring they don't have to part with their beloved, one-of-a-kind slate vessel. This initiative not only celebrates the unique craftsmanship of the Voriade bottle but also supports a more eco-conscious approach to luxury fragrance consumption.
Initiate the Refill Request
The simplest way to start the refill process is by using one of the dedicated QR codes.
• Scan the QR Code: Locate the QR code either on the back of your original cologne box or on the underside of your slate bottle. Use your smartphone's camera to scan this code.
• Access the Refill Portal: Scanning the code will take you directly to the Voriade Refill Portal on our website. this page contains information about The owner, date/time of purchase, time the cologne was aged for until shipped ect…
Submit Details: Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cologne type and enter your shipping and payment information. You will pay the discounted refill price at this time.
Prepare Your Bottle for Shipment
Once your order is placed, Voriade will send you a specially designed Refill Kit.
• Receive the Kit: Your kit will arrive containing a custom, protective shipping box and a pre-paid shipping label.
• Package Your Bottle: Place your empty slate bottle carefully inside the provided protective packaging.
• Apply the Label: Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Send and Receive
• Ship It: Drop the packaged bottle off at the designated carrier location (details will be included with the label).
• Refill and Return: Voriade will carefully clean, sterilize, and refill your unique slate bottle with your chosen fragrance. We will then securely package and ship your refilled bottle back to you.
You'll receive email updates and a tracking number once your freshly filled, cherished bottle is on its way home.

If your bottle is broken during shipment Voriade will send Pictures of various bottles to choose from to your customer profile page. once a bottle with desired aspects and character has been selected we will send it to you via Priority Mail.
